| 18 Mar 50: | PW was inducted at CHINNAMP'O (鎭南浦). Assigned to the 4th Sqd, Command Plt, Div Arty, 4th Div. |

| o/a 10 Jun 50: | 4th Div departed for the south by train. Arrived KUMCH'ON (金川), N. KOREA same day. The Div remained in the vicinity of KUMCH'ON until 25 Jun 50. |
| o/a 28 Jun 50: | Div entered SEOUL. |
| ? Aug 50: | Reached CH'OGYE (草溪) via TAEJON (大田) and KUMCH'ON (金泉). Div crossed the NAKTONG River but suffered many casualties and retreated to the W bank of the NAKTONG River. |
| o/a 8 Sep 50: | Crossed the NAKTONG River for the 2nd time. PW did not know the number of troops killed when they crossed the NAKTONG River the second time. |
| 20 Sep 50: | Approx 20 men including PW were captured by the US troops in the hills somewhere near CH'OGYE. |

Morale and Propaganda:
Morale of the troops was low because of heavy casualties. PW believes that the propaganda leaflets would be effective on replacements.
4. GENERAL:One N. Korean won was worth 10 S Korean won. PW stated that Red Cross Insignia is used on hospital buildings and vehicles.
