3. TACTICAL INFORMATION:
A. Chronology:
Inducted into NK Army 25 July 1950 at CHORWON
Trained at SEOUL about one (1) month

B. Unit Organization and Strength:
1. PW's 2nd Squad 8 men
PW's 1st Platoon 24 men
PW's 3rd Company About 75 men
PW's 4th Engineer Battalion 400 men

2. Actual Battle Organization:
PW's 4th Engineer Battalion: About 250 men

3. Last Known Composition of Unit:
PW's Regiment was composed of three Battalions.

C. Equipment:
PW's Regiment had Anti-Tank Mines and some other kind of unknown dynamite.
Each squad had one (1) mine detector and each PW had 2 hand grenades.

D. Unit Duties:
Unit's duties was to prepare for defense.

E. Disposition:
The Engineer Regimental. CP was located at about 2 kms from YONG DONG PO air field. PW's 18th Division was located in SEOUL.

F. Communication:
PW's Engineer Regiment travelled by train at night from SUWON to SEOUL 27 Jul 50. There were telephone lines between YONGDONG PO and SEOUL.

G. Personalities:
The Commanding Officer of the 18th Division was KIM, Un (?)

H. Morale:
Low.

4. GENERAL:
PW observed about 300 blue uniformed troops at (CHGi CHUN TON) in SEOUL about 20 days ago (latter part of August 1950). PW claimed that these troops were not CC troops. They were tank drivers.
